Agate Lapidary Cabbing Slabs Mix #07

Samples of unpolished lapidary cabbing slabs of Crazy Lace Agate and Red Moss Agate, ready to be cut, cabbed or shaped, and polished. Agate describes a variety of cryptocrystalline quartz whose forms include layers of different materials, from translucent to opaque, in a wide variety of colors. Crazy Lace is one of many varieties of banded chalcedony whose curved layers exhibit random frilly patterns. Red Moss Agate is a variety of clear chalcedony with dendritic growth that resembles moss.
